Hi! I own a retail brick & mortar women’s boutique in Chicago. We sell clothing and accessories but we also offer an on-site service which requires a skilled jeweler to weld a chain on the customer with no clasp. We would like to offer tipping at check out as an option for this particular service but it is not appropriate for the tipping option to pop up at check out for all of our other products. Does anyone know of a product specific tipping option? Thanks in advance!

Any option to pop up the tipping offer for a specific product at checkout is not possible on any of the core plans. You can showcase the standard tipping amount for all the orders. However, as a solution, you can add a custom tip on the cart page on the basis of a specific cart value or specific product, etc. You can show a message on the cart page and add a tip as a line item automatically.
