There is a great need for a field on order entry for a customer’s purchase order number. Using the notes field isn’t acceptable for a number of reasons; mostly because it’s not a field/column that can be included on a custom report for export. Many customer/companies operate on a purchase order system and it’s amazing to me that this feature hasn’t been added. I’ve been a support chat about it and also saw a thread over two years on the community forum where people were asking for it. Has anyone solved this problem with a workaround? Thanks for any advice!
@gh5 Yes there is a way instead of order notes you can add in order attributes this will show as an Additional Detail in order.
