How can I add a recommended product section to my website?

Hello!

On my website, I am missing my recommended product section. I have tried multiple codes to try and add it and nothing has worked fully. Can someone please help? I need this done asap. my website URl is www.blinkoutminks.com

For Debut theme

  1. Go to Theme Customization
  2. Selevt Default product template form top
  3. From right sidebar, Enable Product Recommendations section

I don’t have the option to enable it. I don’t have the coding section for product recommendations
