Hi there,
I’d like to start charging a small returns processing fee to help us offset some of the return shipping label costs, and I’m wondering if there’s a way to add a line item to a refund to show that fee. I’ve attached a screenshot of where I’d like it to show - just so the customer doesn’t get confused when they don’t receive the entire amount back.

It’s not possible to add a specific line item in the summary in this case, however you can add a “Return fee” as a product to your store and issue customers a new invoice to pay this fee via a draft order. This would need to be done seperately from the refund but you can issue the invoice first.
