Sometimes I get people that pay for next day or express service. This kind of customer understandably has higher expectations on getting the shipment out the door in a timely manner, but it’s also disruptive to my work flow.
Is there a way to automatically add and include a rush charge to specific shipping tiers?
I contacted Shopify Support directly and that person said to turn PayPal off and back on again. Then I was able to adjust settings for both Shop Pay and PayPal payment processors. I did have to log it back into Shopify. Annoying, but that only took a minute.
