How can I add a search filter to my Expanse theme website?

Please could someone provide a solution/code to add a search filter to my website (www.ribbleappliances.co.uk) using the theme expanse. I’ve attached an example of the search filter from (ww.ao.com) and also provided a screen shot. The search filter says “shop our entire range at the top”.
