We’re using the Mavon theme on https://27de57-2.myshopify.com/ and the block with the Dog Supplements The Way They are Meant to Be part.. we’d like to have two buttons but the theme only has the option for one. Is there an easy way to add a second button with a link to something else beside the current one?

This change is possible. But you will have to make changes on the template files to achive this customization.
As your theme is premium, i cannot make this update without access to the theme files
