Hello professionals i am designing my own Ecommerce website and i am having hard time when i try to add an additional navigation menu to the header I want it to look as this website : https://sageandsill.com/
I tried so much googling and adding custom code i only got to the basics which i can add a small list under the Main header menu, but i want an additional menu on top of the header menu.

I am not aware of a feature within the Debut theme that will allow a second menu like this without customizing the theme’s code. I just double checked on a dev site and couldn’t find such an option.
You will need to add some liquid to include a second nav, then style it with some CSS. Here is how the theme calls on its one and only header navigation to help point you in the right direction:
