I would like to add a secondary “Dashboard header” (what is is called in the impulse theme- small header at the very top of the site where the announcement bar usually lies) to the dawn theme. The impulse theme is the only theme I have found with one, and I am needing to stick with dawn for a client. How would I best go about adding this? I am fine with complex code changes but not the best at writing my own yet.
