How can I add a services icons section to my website?

Hi everyone !

I would like to add a section where i’ll display my shop services as shown in the picture. Any idea on how to do this ? Thanks a lot !

Matt is the developer, I had found him on twitter and he is super responsive with any questions or issues! I had asked if he could even make a Gift Card Upsell Section and he did within just a few short days.
