How can I add a slideshow feature under the header section?

on a tutorial i’m watching they have the slideshow feature underneath the header section. However, when i click on header i only have the add block icon. how can I also have the slideshow option?

To add a slideshow feature under the header section in Shopify:

1-Check Your Theme Settings:

  • Go to Online Store > Themes in your Shopify admin.
  • Click Customize next to your current theme.
  • Look for the Slideshow section in the Sections list.

2-Add the Slideshow Section:

  • If the Slideshow section is available, drag it below the header in the preview or layout editor.
  • If not visible, click Add Section, search for Slideshow, and add it.

3-Ensure Theme Compatibility:

  • If your theme doesn’t include a slideshow section, you may need to switch to a theme that supports this feature or edit your theme’s code.

4-Theme Code (Optional):

  • Go to Actions > Edit Code.
  • Locate sections/header.liquid or a similar file to integrate a slideshow if needed.

Save your changes and preview.
