How can I add a style variant to my product page?

I am selling POD items, shirts, tanks, etc., and want to have a product page that shows the selected design with the typical size and color variants but I also want to have either a dropdown or icons to select other items with the same design.

Here is an example page using the Venture theme that has the options I like. I have been experimenting with the Venture theme on my shop but can’t figure out how to get the Style option to show up.

I’d advice that you go with custom coding, it will save you the headache and give you more control.
