I’m looking for code to add a subscriber Join or Login section with a few lines of text at the bottom of the mobile menu only. Much like the attached example. Can this be done?

Would you be able to let us know which theme you are using? If you are unsure about which theme is live on your store, you can navigate to the Theme Editor by selecting Online store > Customize. You can then select the three dots located in the top left of the page. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
Once we determine which theme you are using on the store, we can look to provide the next best steps to adding a Join or Login section to the mobile menu.
