How can I add a tabs navigation section in Dawn theme?

Hey guys,

I would like to know how do I implement a tabs navigation (like the one attached in the image) as a section in my shopify store. I would like to add different invoiced product sliders to them. I’ve tried adding a new navigation tab as provided by my theme, but to no avail.

Could someone help me or provide some information?
