I’m using the Focal theme by Maestrooo.
I want to add a “text banner” below the header, as pictured and highlighted below.
I only want it to show one column at a time on mobile and cycle through them automatically every X amount of seconds

Im not sure what you mean by “Please Check Your Customizer Area banner section”
There isn’t a section I can add to do this.
I need it viewable on every page. So i guess it could actually be apart of the header.
@Nick_Marketing tagging you as I’ve seen you assist on many Focal theme-related posts.
