How can I add a toolbar to the Dawn theme header?

I am using the Dawn theme. I wanted to add a toolbar to the top of my header that I can link to one of my menus. Any ideas on how I can do this?

You can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Customize

  1. Changed text and add link in Announcement bar

In your case, you can follow these steps:

Go to Online Store → Theme → Customize → Announcement bar and change your menu link here:
