As you can see in the given image I need a wishlist icon on my product beneath add to cart icon.

I took a look through the theme, Expanse, and I didn’t see a wishlist option built in. That being said, since this is a third party theme I can’t be certain the option doesn’t exist. I recommend reaching out to Archetype Themes to be sure. You can contact them through the contact information listed on Expanse’s theme listing here under the Support and documentation tab. You can also find more documentation on the Expanse theme here.
If there isn’t a wishlist option built into the theme, the best way to do this would be to use a third party app. The apps Wishlist Plus, built by Swym Corporation and Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist, built by Growave seem to be the most popular, but you can find a full list of wishlist apps in the the Shopify app store here if those two recommendations don’t work for you.
