Hello, I have a flower shop website and offer local delivery how ever I want to add a box where customers need to put in their zipcode to see if they qualify for local delivery but have no idea how. Also I want to add a box at checkout where it asks for the delivery address and not just the billing address? And another problem im having is my local delivery fees aren’t being applied when orders are placed, does anyone know how to fix this?

Can you tell me a bit more about how you currently have your local delivery set up? Are you using an application for this or have you set up a flat shipping rate for this option?
If you are not using an application, I believe this would be the best route to take as applications will offer more features to determine whether a customer is eligible or not before the checkout is completed. We have a few applications available on our App Store for you the consider.
In fact, I’m seeing that either the In Store Pickup Local Delivery app or Store Pickup + Delivery app would offer the most features that would benefit your scenario.
If this does not suit your needs, please let me know more about your current set up so I can assess further.

Hello, @Holly Holly! As of right now I am using this app called Buunto for my customers to select either local delivery or pick up and the date. I would really like it in this format like in the picture attached where if someone does choose the local delivery option they would have to input their zipcode to ensure local delivery is offered in their area so they can proceed with their order. (The picture below is not my website). And also for their to be a “delivery address” box they can use at checkout to not mix it up if the billing address is different. It looks like the two applications I suggested will allow you to do just that. It provides different tabs for either delivery or store pickup. For the delivery option, the first field to complete is the zip/postal code to determine if the buyer is eligible for this service. Here are the links to the apps once more:

Any further customization needed may be accomodated by the app developers. I would suggest reaching out to them directly if you wish to customize their set up even more.
