How can I add 'add to cart' text to my product pages?

On my product pages, eg: goldbowties.com/products/24k-gold, there are two bars to choose from. The black bar is the “BUY IT NOW” bar. The gray bar, above the black bar, is the “ADD TO CART” bar. The problem is, the words “add to cart” are not there. How do I add them?

Add this to the bottom of your theme.scss.liquid file:
