Hi @lillieandeve ,

Thanks for reaching out.

It is strange that your theme doesn’t have the Add to Cart button, as the Craft theme has this button by default.

However, since it’s possible to hide and remove blocks in the theme editor, I’m hoping that is the case here. Luckily that is a super easy fix. So let me guide you on how to get it resolved.

First, head to your admin and click Online Store on the left-hand sidebar. Then next to your Craft theme, click Customize. You will be redirected to the Theme Editor now. On the top center dropdown menu, select Products>Default Product.

Finally, you should see the Buy Buttons block within the Product Information section on the left-hand sidebar. If you don’t see it, you can always add one by clicking the + Add Block. Don’t forget to click the Save button in the top right corner!

Also, check if there is an eye icon next to the already added Buy Button block. This means that the block is hidden. If you see this icon, click it to unhide and Save changes.

After following these steps, please share your store URL to check your storefront if you still don’t see the Add to Cart button.

Please note that we cannot look into account specifics via the Community for privacy and security reasons. So, for immediate assistance and deep-dive troubleshooting, I invite you to reach out to our Advisors team via this link.

Once you log in, select the topic you’d like to discuss with the Support Advisor. In your case, click on Store setting>Online Store>Themes by Shopify. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you should see the ‘Get Support’ section, where you can select your preferred communication channel.

By the way, I don’t know if you have anything planned for BFCM this year, but now is the time to make some preparations. BFCM is one of the biggest sales weekends of the year and sees the start of the holiday season as well. Every year my go-to is this BFCM Checklist. It allows me to make sure that I am making the best use of my time and resources, and it really helps take the pressure off by starting early. It is well worth the read should you be interested!
