I want a announcement bar slider on my Shopify store with the help of codes can anybody help me how it will be done

If you want to implement an announcement bar slider through custom code, then I would suggest reaching out to a Shopify Expert who is familiar with third-party themes and custom code for assistance. Because the Turbo them is developed by a third-party and structured quite a bit differently than developed themes, an Expert will likely be your best bet. Alternatively, I’m curious to see if anyone in the Shopify Community has some suggestions on how to achieve this.
That being said, I would strongly suggest implementing this through an app. With an app, you’ll be able to easily customize the announcement bar and it’ll also be quite easy to make any updates or changes to the announcement bar content, giving you a lot more flexibility. There are actually a bunch of apps in the Shopify App Store that offer this feature. A few in particular that I suggest checking out include:
- Quick Announcement Bar
- Countdown + Announcement Bar
- Powerful Announcement Bar
- Announcement Bar + Web Push
These apps all have great reviews and are pretty popular. Not only will they allow you to add an announcement bar slider to your online store, but they’ll also give you the ability to select which pages you’d like the bar to appear on. They’ll also give you the option to only display the bar to specific customers. For example, you can limit visibility to returning customers, customers who are logged in, or even customers in certain locations.
As a side, I took a look at the documentation for the Turbo theme, and it sounds like this this theme already offers an announcement bar, which you can find in the Header section of the theme editor. While you can use this to display announcements on your storefront, it won’t have the “sliding” feature that you’re after, however.
I’d love to learn more about your use case for the announcement bar slider. What do you plan on using the announcement bar slider for?

Thanks for confirming. In this case, I would recommend using an app for your announcement bar slider as opposed to custom code. Using an app, you’ll easily be able to customize your announcement bar and update it as needed. If you were to add this feature in with some custom code, then you would likely need to rely on a developer every time you’d like to make a change.
Did you get a chance to review any of the apps I shared above? Each of those will allow you to easily add an announcement bar to your theme. They have great reviews and they’re quite popular, so I suggest taking some time to explore each one and see which suits your needs the best.
