How can I add an email subscription box to my password page?

Hi,

I would like to put an email subscription box on my password page in order to collect subscribers while my store is closed but I don’t have a password page available to edit. Can someone please help?

This is Noah from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App

Please scroll down a little bit and you’ll see an option to select is Others > click on it then the Password page will show for you :
