Hi Abj,
It’s hard to provide any assistance without knowing your store URL. I could write you some CSS to align the footer blocks if you’d like.
With Dawn, you should be able to add a new block to the footer using the Theme Editor too.
After taking a look, I actually think Dawn is laying this footer out correctly how you would expect. Each column is evenly sized/spaced.
If you added a third or fourth column in your Theme Editor, they would adjust spacing and size to how you want. I don’t think you need any CSS at all.
