How can I add an icon behind the promoted price on my website?

Hi,

I would like to change my actual theme, with a better one, i hired back in the past someone to build my website.

I would like to ask you guys how is it possible to add a picture/icone behind the promoted price like the picture bellow using code:

in order to add the yellow part on the new theme (only show this on promoted products)

thank you Zworthkey for your help, the website is https://alpha55.ma/, this is the actual theme, but I plan to change everything except the graphic chart of the brand, which is the blue and yellow part.

Would you provide me store collaboration access. and in which theme you would like to add this.

Unfortunately, the owner of the store just gave me limited access, they use Loft theme, I plan to change it with Warehouse theme
