How can I add an image above the background on my homepage?

I have been searching this for a long time but i cant find a solution, so ill try it here..
I want to add an image above the background on my homepage, how can i do this since there is no option for a single image? Im using the theme “Refresh”.

is there no way to embed it with code?

@oct232h - through coding it can be done, but it will need some coding, it is not single line or 2 code, you will need a developer
