How can I add an image banner under the navigation menu on all collection pages?

Hi,

I am trying to do the following -

-Add an image banner under the navigation menu which is the same for all the collection pages

I am hoping to replace the green background (see below) with a banner style image / pattern.

-Add the Collection Title (eg. Paper)

If anyone can help that would be much appreciated.
