How can I add another product row to a collection in Dawn Theme?

I see options to increase amount of products shown in the columns but I want to add another product row right below the 1st row. Since I have 8 products in the collection, I would like a 4 x 2 format.

You can easily achieve what you are seeking through customize without any code. For that you just have to see the below screenshot and follow the step I have shared below.

Go to Online Store–> Themes—> Customize and then
In customize go to featured collection section and open it

You can see here this option :-

Just click it and close this by clicking on the check box :-

And then you save the customize and go to frontend and check there, no slider is there and it is in the format in which you want 4x2.
