Hello community,
how can I add apple pay in the last checkout process? As you can see in the screenshots in all steps there is the apple pay logo but in the very last step there is no apple pay shown.
Can someone advise how to solve this?

This is an expected behaviour of Apple Pay, and accelerated checkout methods in general. They will only show up on the first step of checkout.
This is because accelerated checkouts (or express checkouts, as they’re sometimes called) help customers fill in their information automatically. So customers won’t need to go through all the other checkout pages, making it easier and faster for them to complete their purchase. But PayPal does also have express checkout. However, it is still visible in the last checkout process.
PayPal is slightly different as it is a separate payment gateway on its own, so it operates differently. If you navigate to your Shopify admin’s payment settings, you’ll see that PayPal shows as a separate gateway. This is different to Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, and Google Pay, which are treated as wallets that can be configured within the Shopify Payments gateway.
