For this you will have to send over your official business licenses like
chamber of commerce documents etc.

I get that, but if I built my shppify store free, without any of those certificates, how can I get one to TikTok?
In order to run a proper business you’ll need these certificates. As you see TikTok is already asking for them, and so will more services in the future.
My recommendation would be to get properly certified.
