So I created a TikTok Ad account for my website and started advertising, but can’t add the website link to the bio because it requires me to add a business certification/verification. Can I find this in Shopify?

Hi! For this you will have to send over your official business licenses like chamber of commerce documents etc. Hope this helps!

In order to run a proper business you’ll need these certificates. As you see TikTok is already asking for them, and so will more services in the future. My recommendation would be to get properly certified.

I get that, but if I built my shppify store free, without any of those certificates, how can I get one to TikTok?
