How can I add buttons to specific sections on my webpage?

I would like the ability to add buttons onto my page where I see fit. Within my theme, I am not able to do this.

I would like to add buttons into the sections of my website where I see fit.

How can I do this?

You can’t add buttons like that. You’ll need to create the option to add a button in a section but can’t add a button block into a section which doesnt have that button.
