How can I add columns like Items, Shipping Address, Transaction ID to my Orders - Columns?

I have taken the Shopify Basic Plan. Under the orders tab, I want to add columns like - Items ordered, Transaction ID and Shipping address, I want to see these at a glance without having to click on an order. Can you suggest solutions? Free apps preferably.

I honestly am disappointed that these basic features like custom order columns in not available. Very frustrating.

I am wanting to do the same thing - it’s frustrating to not be able to see what each order contains without having to click into each one!
