Hi, I’m new here, I sell consulting services, which means the “products” I’ll be selling will be simple instructions sent to their email. Can anyone please tell me the best way to do this?

First you should untick that this is a Physical product on the backend so that shipping is not applied to it . Will you be sending the reports automatically as an unlock or are you sending that manually after customization?
Hey! Thanks so much for your response. The reports will be sent manually from my end. Ideally they would receive an automatic email upon payment, with instructions on which documents to send, and to where (to my personal email), where I will then take over manually.. hope that makes sense!

Sounds good then! You thus need to mark your product as non physical and customize your E-Mail confirmation message to include what you need.
