How can I add custom icons and text to my landing page?

Hi,

I am looking to add a range of icons to the landing page on my website but with my own custom text under them. I have looked around at different tutorials but cant find anything that matches up to how i want the icons to look.

I want them to be almost exactly like the exactly like the example provided below just with my own icons and text.
