I use the Colorblock theme and am a new Shopify business owner.
I just noticed the link that says size chart below my product shows nothing. Can I add pages and link them to the appropriate products? I have different vendors with different charts. Is there an easier way?

I reviewed this dress and it seems that there might be an error of configuration of the modal-dialog pop-up. Since there is no data loading.

Yes, this can be done in a couple of steps and will work for multiple vendors/size charts.
The first thing you’ll have to do is create your size chart pages using this guide. Make as many as required and be sure to name the pages so you can distinguish one from the other.
Once that’s complete, head over to your theme editor. Online Store > Themes > Customize.
From here, select the drop-down menu and navigate to Products:
Choose the product you’re going to add a size chart to and search for “size chart” in the menu on the left:
Now you can add a label/title to your size chart link and connect the relevant page you created earlier:
