How can I add email and SMS collect to my password page with a countdown?

Hey, Ive been trying to figure out how to add Email and SMS collect on my password page with a countdown as well.

I currently have the symmetry theme but willing to switch to any free theme to have this password page setup for sms and email collection.

You could use Shopify Forms app to setup popups to collect SMS and Emails from your visitors.
