First of all, congratulations on your store. You’ve put a lot of effort into this website, and it shows.
On that note, keep an eye on consistency. Is it BEETAIL INC or Get Store Supplies? You use both. It’s a bit confusing.
I have a few points to emphasize:
- Header navigation does not exist: it should be as straightforward as possible, prioritizing the paths that matter most to most visitors. You suggest you have links to your “about us” page, “contact us” page, FAQ page, in your header navigation because they support your primary goals.
- Your website does not have a contact page. Contact forms also help reassure customers that there’s someone listening to complaints and feedback. Making it easy for customers to contact you if something goes wrong can save a sale (and a customer) who’s had a bad experience through a missing shipment or damaged product. Mistakes happen, and customers want to know that you’ll be there to help when it does.
- Add testimonials on the homepage. It helps in building trust with other visitors.
- The layout of your store looks really good! Add reviews on the product page to increase credibility.
Theme content is built using sections. Sections are customizable blocks of content that determine the layout and appearance of different pages on your online store. Different types of pages have different theme sections. When you first open the theme editor, the sections for the home page are shown.
To help you add external links to the logos as you want, I would like you to check some things in your theme content and get back to me. Follow the steps on the first screenshot below:
Once there, click on Add section and check if you have the type section shown below:
