How can I add filters into the Featured Collection section using liquid on the Dawn theme?

Hello :slightly_smiling_face: Really struggling to implement filters on the Dawn 3.0 theme. I have enabled all the filters in the Navigation section, but the filters still do not display on the storefront… I would like them to work with the Featured Collection section of the collection template.

I have watched many tutorials and followed the steps to enable the filters, but I am not sure if I am missing a step to make them show on the storefront?

Is there a way to enable filters using liquid within the features-collection.liquid section (see below mock-up example of where I want the theme filters to appear )
