How can I add filters or Metafields under the add to cart button?

Hi All,

Does anyone know what code I need to place within my theme (Warehouse) to have either Metafields I have set up or filters show up under the add to cart button as seen below This is a sample site I found that is using another platform. I assume I would need to edit the product page or layout? Thank you in advance!
