How can I add flags before language names and correct capitalization?

Hi,

I am looking for a solution to correct language name and start with “L” an not “l” and I would also like to introduce flags before language name. Is that possible?

I have attached two pictures. First one shows how it is now and second one about how it should look.

Hey @maartts , not natively. You’d need an app for this. E.g. this one: https://apps.shopify.com/selectors

We’d caution against using flags for languages though - they’re better served for countries. E.g. I’m British and don’t like to see the US flag used for the language English. Americans might feel the opposite.

Hi @richbrown_staff , I have country flags before the language and would like to remove them. I can’t find it in the theme. Do you know how I can do that?

Hi @Cheungmar , that’s not a native feature (we separate country and language) so it’ll either be an app you’ve got or something you’d need to sort with your theme developers.
