How can I add four floating boxes to the Dawn Theme?

Hi, I am looking for some help with adding floating boxes to our website www.snughooks.com.

I have added one floating box in the top right hand corner which says “request a quote”.

I am looking for some code to add four floating boxes please.

The sales manager would like to add four floating boxes similar to what is on the pack & send website.
