How can I add links to the footer in the Dawn theme?

Hello,

I would like to add something like this to my footer:

I have the pages created but I am struggling with linking them to the bottom of the homepage. I’m using the dawn theme.

@abbyarend - yo can add these pages to a menu, say footer menu and then go to customize settings->footer and link this menu using the given options
