I am wanting to add merchandise to my store. Mugs, Shirts, etc. I must have missed that when I signed up. Is there an app for merch dropshippers I can use?

For the merch question, Printful and Printify are the two most popular print on demand apps on Shopify and both integrate directly with your store. You design the mugs and shirts, they handle printing and shipping when an order comes in. No inventory, no upfront cost.
On the store itself, the product range is solid and having both coffee and tea covered gives you a wider audience to sell to. But the cart experience is where you’re losing people right now. Sending customers to a separate page when they click add to cart breaks the whole flow, and for a store like this where someone might want to grab a coffee blend alongside a tea or a sample pack, that interruption is costly. A slider cart keeps them on the page and in that buying mindset.
Once you have that slider cart, put it to work. Coffee and tea are perfect for in-cart cross-sells because the combinations are so natural. Someone adding the Masala Chai should be seeing the Moroccan Mint or the Mango Treat right there in the cart. Someone grabbing a single origin coffee might want a flavored blend alongside it. Show a free shipping progress bar in there too because at $22.99 per item people are usually just one product away from a threshold and they’ll go for it if you show them.
When you do add the merch, surface it inside the cart as well. Someone buying coffee beans seeing a branded mug suggestion right there is a genuinely easy upsell that requires zero extra effort once it’s set up.
Don’t install separate apps for each of these cart features though. It slows your store down and costs more than it needs to. Something like iCart handles all of it together in one place.
