It sounds like you are wanting to enable international shipping within your store, is this correct? Currently, you may only be able to ship to customers within your local region.
To do international shipping right, you’ll need a strategy that works for you and your business. You don’t need to know everything about shipping, but you do need to understand the available options, and find an approach that will work again and again.
First and foremost, you will need to set up shipping zones. A shipping zone is a group of countries or regions that have the same shipping rates. For example, if your business has a warehouse in Germany that ships to anywhere in Europe for the same flat rate, then you can create a shipping zone that includes all the European countries and charge that same shipping fee to all your European customers.
