I am trying to figure out how to add Credit Card options, or any other payment options, other than PayPal. How do I install other payment options?

Which country is your business located in?
The reason that I ask is because there are a few different payment gateways that you can integrate to your store, but this is dependent on where your business is based in. For example, for a business located in United States, this document outlines the different payment providers that is available to be used. If you’d like to view your own region’s list of payment providers, you can scroll down on that same page and select your country from the available list.
If available in your region and eligible for your business, I recommend setting up our platform’s native payment provider, Shopify Payments, which you can learn more about here.
To add a payment provider to your store, we also have a really great video guide here from our help centre page that you can take a look at.

Ah I see! Seeing as your business is based in the US, you can check if your store meets the requirements of our Shopify Payments gateway here. If you do, you can follow the instructions on this guide to set up Shopify Payments on your store.
Are you able to clarify what you mean by organising shop lists in customised order? Is this on your storefront, or within the Shopify admin? Feel free to share some screenshots with us too, as that usually helps us understand queries better.
