How can I add multiple payment options for individual events on my website?

I am building an event website to sell entries to various events. The price for entries varies from event to event, as the entry fees are quite high (IRO £3000.00+) I want to be able to allow customers to select an option to pay in the following example (see image below);

Option 1: Payment Plan Initial Deposit (£50.00)
Option 2: Payment Plan First Payment (£1000.00)
Option 3: Payment Plan Second Payment (£1000.00)
Option 4: Payment Plan Final Payment (£1250.00)
Option 5: Full Payment (£3250.00)

I have set up the basic entry products with the full amount and now want to add in the additional payment options. How do I do this?
