How can I add multiple variants in Debut without tracking each individual item?

So far havent had success yet in accomplishing this.

I would like to add different size widgets. I have x amount of each widget, that I list instock.

For each widget, I am trying to add another option of say, the color of top avaible.

Without having to add each size and top, can this be accomplised with just tracking the amount of widgets but not number of tops.
