My bank needs some information from my shopify. I have been able to produce the document for them but it doesn’t show my business name anywhere. Is that something that I can add?

Is your registered company name the same as the one you’ve inputted under Settings > Store details > Profile > Store name?
If that’s the case, you should be able to see your store name appear on reports when you click the Print button on your report page:
After the Print button is clicked, a pop up will appear on your screen, and you can follow the instructions below to include your store name within the report:
- If you’d like to save the report on your device to then send over to your bank, next to Destination, select Save as PDF.
- Click More settings, and under Options tick the Headers and footers checkbox.
- This should allow your store name to appear on the header of your report.
- Once done, click the Save button.
Let me know how you get on with this, and if this option is suitable for what your bank is after.
