How Can I add my price to say + "Free Next Day Delivery" to my variant price?

I want my price to say below the £55 “+FREE Next Day Delivery” when customers select the 8 & 12 pack variant.

it is possible via do some liquid + js code on the theme to show text below price on selected options.
