How can I add my Turkish tax ID number in the billing page?

Hello,

There is a warning from Shopify suggestions for a while. It says that I have to add my tax ID number because my store is in Turkey. When I enter the button, the billing page opens. But, I couldn’t any appropriate field to add my tax ID number. (to change/to add a new one) I have these fields: payment methods, bills, recent bills, and statement of charges on that page.

Could you please inform me about how I can enter this missing information?

Since June 24, 2019, you need to contact Shopify Support to update your tax details.

Please reach out to the Shopify Support team directly via their Help Center using this link. Once you visit that link and log in to your account, you can submit a support request with the team, and they’ll be happy to continue assisting you on live chat, email, or through a callback.
